Builders FirstSource issues $60 million more 7 5/8% notes in exchange

Chicago, Feb. 29 – Builders FirstSource, Inc. agreed to exchange $63,833,000 of its outstanding 10¾% senior notes due 2023 for $60 million of 7 5/8% senior secured notes due 2021, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it entered into separate, privately negotiated exchange agreements on Feb. 25.
Builders said on Feb. 8 that it exchanged $218.6 million of the 10¾% notes for $207.6 million of new 7 5/8% note.
After the exchange announced Feb. 8, there was $557.6 million of the 7 5/8% notes outstanding and $481.4 million of the 10¾% notes.
Builders FirstSource is a Dallas-based supplier of building products for residential construction and repair.
