Louisiana Local Government calls $43.59 million Jefferson Parish bonds

Chicago, Jan. 27 – The Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority has defeased and plans to redeem $43,595,000 of its series 2009A revenue and refunding bonds issued for the Jefferson Parish Projects, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on April 1, 2019 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date:

• $2,660,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2020;

• $2,795,000 of 5% bonds due April 1, 2021;

• $2,940,000 of 5.25% bonds due April 1, 2022;

• $3,100,000 of 5.25% bonds due April 1, 2023;

• $3,265,000 of 5.25% bonds due April 1, 2024;

• $7,055,000 million of 5% bonds due April 1, 2026; and

• $21,770,000 million of 5.375% bonds due April 1, 2031.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
