Los Angeles Water and Power’s power system bonds have mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 20 – The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said its 2001 series B power system variable-rate demand revenue bonds are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.

The department will purchase $100 million of 2001 series B-1 bonds and $106 million of 2001 series B-3 bonds at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 4.

U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent.
