San Antonio calls $327.21 million of electric and gas systems bonds

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 4 – The City of San Antonio plans to redeem its series 1992, 1997 and 2006A electric and gas systems bonds, according to multiple notices.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 1.

The following series 1992 revenue bonds will be redeemed:

• $30.76 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2017.

The following series 1997 revenue and refunding bonds will be redeemed:

• $15.16 million of 5.65% bonds due Feb. 1, 2019.

The following series 2006A revenue bonds, totaling $281.29 million, will be redeemed:

• $50,905,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2021;

• $53.45 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2022;

• $56,125,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2023;

• $58.93 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2024; and

• $61.88 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2025.
