Partner Communications may buy back NIS 250 million notes for one year

Chicago, Oct. 21 – Partner Communications Co. Ltd. said it may repurchase up to NIS 250 million of series B, C and E notes for one year.
The company’s board of directors approved the buyback plan, which allows the company to repurchase the notes until Oct. 19, 2016, according to a company notice.
The company may buy back the notes in open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions.
Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, mobile communications operator.
