By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 13 – Brussels Airport Co. SA/NV is soliciting consents to some proposals from holders of its July 2013 bonds, September 2013 bonds and June 2014 bonds, according to a notice.

The issuer is asking bondholders to consent to proposals relating to an international duty-free development project and public utility easements.

Bondholder meetings for the three series of bonds are scheduled for Nov. 2.

In order to form a quorum, holders of at least half of the outstanding principal amount of a series of bonds must be represented at the respective meeting.

The proposals for each series of bonds require a 75% majority of the votes cast at the applicable meeting.

Citibank International plc is the security trustee.

The international airport is in Brussels.
