Colorado Health defeases $20.39 million of Evangelical Lutheran bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 30 – The Colorado Health Facilities Authority plans to redeem $20,385,000 of its series 2005 health facilities revenue bonds issued for the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society project, according to a notice.

The authority defeased $10,155,000 of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2023, and $10.23 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2029.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA is the escrow agent.
