Penn State to redeem $79.24 million of series 2005 bonds on Sept. 1

Columbus, Ohio July 14 – The Pennsylvania State University called $79.24 million of its series 2005 bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed on Sept. 1 at par plus accrued interest:

• $1 million of 3.75% bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $1.37 million of 4.875% bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $2,485,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $2,615,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2018;

• $2,745,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2019;

• $15.99 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2020;

• $20.55 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2029; and

• $32,485,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2035.
