Lee Enterprises repays $9 million remaining 9% senior notes due 2017

Chicago, July 1 – Lee Enterprises, Inc. repaid on June 25 the $9 million of outstanding 9% senior notes due April 3, 2017, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The balance was paid using cash on hand.

Lee is a Davenport, Iowa-based newspaper publisher.
