Fulton Financial to call 6.29% junior subordinated notes due 2036

Chicago, June 8 – Fulton Financial Corp. said it plans to call the 6.29% junior subordinated deferrable interest debt securities due 2036 issued by Fulton Capital Trust I.

Funding for the redemption will come from an add-on offering of $150 million 4.5% subordinated notes due 2024.

The offering is not conditioned on the redemption of the junior subordinated debentures, according to a company notice.

Fulton Financial is a bank holding company based in Lancaster, Pa.
