Arise purchases SEK 18 million of senior floaters due 2017 at 100.4

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 13 – Arise AB purchased SEK 18 million of its SEK 350 million senior floating-rate bonds due 2017, according to a company press release.

The bonds were purchased at 100.4 on Tuesday. Following transaction, SEK 50 million remains outstanding under the issue.

The company said the purchase is meant to decrease debt and improve net financials.

Arise develops and owns wind farms and is based in Laholm, Sweden.
