Glendale, Ariz., defeases $154 million John C. Lincoln hospital bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 29 – The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Glendale, Ariz., defeased its John C. Lincoln Health Network hospital revenue and refunding bonds, series 2005, 2005B and 2007, according to several notices.

The $40.78 million of defeased 2005 bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 1, 2015.

The $58.89 million of defeased 2005B bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 1, 2015.

The $53.83 million of defeased 2007 bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 1, 2017.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the registrar.
