dcp to redeem all $165 million of 10¾% senior secured notes

Madison, Wis., Dec. 29 – dcp LLC will redeem its 10¾% senior secured notes due Aug. 15, 2015 in full on Jan. 22, according to a notice.

The $165 million of outstanding bonds will be redeemed at par.

dcp is a production company based in McLean, Va., that operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, dick clark productions, inc.
