Metropolitan Water, Calif., plans mandatory tender for 2009 A-2 bonds

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 22 – The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California said its $104.18 million of 2009 series A-2 Sifma index mode water revenue refunding bonds are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due July 1, 2030, will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 9.

Wells Fargo Bank NA is the paying agent.
