Kazakhstan Mortgage buys back KZT 3.25 billion of 6% bonds due 2018

Madison, Wis., Dec. 22 – Kazakhstan Mortgage Co. made a partial buyback of its 6% bonds due 2018 on Dec. 22, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.
The company purchased KZT 3,250,448,730 of the bonds at a “dirty” price of 123.0599, or KZT 3,999,998,957.
The company had registered to issue up to KZT 30 billion of the five-year bonds and had KZT 19.11 billion of bonds outstanding.
The lender is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
