Ceridian redeems all $720 million 8 7/8% senior notes due 2019

Madison, Wis., Dec. 17 – Ceridian LLC and Ceridian Co-Issuer Inc. gave notice that they redeemed on Dec. 14 all $720 million of their outstanding 8 7/8% senior secured notes due 2019.

The issuers redeemed the notes at par plus an applicable premium plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee and agent.

Ceridian is a Minneapolis-based provider of human resources software and services.
