Kazakhstan’s Doszhan buys back portion of infrastructure bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 15 – JSC Doszhan Temir Zholy said it bought back KZT 22.94 million principal amount of its KZT 30 billion infrastructure bonds due 2028 on the trading floor of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on Dec. 12.
As of Dec. 15, the issuer has repurchased a total of KZT 8.23 billion of the infrastructure bonds.
Doszhan Temir Zholy constructs and operates railway lines and is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
