California Statewide defeases $176.73 million Huntington Memorial bonds

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 9 – The California Statewide Communities Development Authority defeased $176,725,000 of its series 2005 revenue bonds issued for the Huntington Memorial Hospital, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due 2015 through 2027 and 2035, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2015.

U.S. Bank NA is the bond trustee.
