CIBC to redeem all series 27 noncumulative class A preferred shares

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 8 – CIBC called all of its noncumulative class A preferred shares series 27, according to a press release.

The preferreds will be redeemed at C$25.00 per share on Jan. 31.

The C$0.35 quarterly dividend will be paid on Jan. 28 to holders of record on Dec. 29.

CIBC is a Toronto-based financial services company.
