CHC Helicopter to redeem $105 million of 9 3/8% senior notes due 2021

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 24 – CHC Helicopter called $105 million of its 9 3/8% senior notes due June 1, 2021, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 109.375 plus accrued interest on Nov. 26.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.

The company is a Richmond, B.C.-based commercial operator of helicopters.
