Frenship ISD, Texas, defeases $65.74 million unlimited tax bonds

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 17 – The Frenship Independent School District of Texas plans to refund all $65,735,000 of its series 2007 unlimited tax school building bonds, according to a Rule 15c2-12 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The following will be redeemed at par on Feb. 15, 2017:
• $2.73 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2018;
• $2,885,000 of 4.5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2019;
• $3.06 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2020;
• $3,255,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2021;
• $3,455,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2022;
• $3.67 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2023;
• $3.80 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2024;
• $18,035,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2028; and
• $24,755,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2032.
