Posey, Ind.’s Midwest Fertilizer bonds subject to mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 14 – Posey County, Ind.’s $1,259,000,000 of outstanding Midwest Fertilizer Corp. Project economic development revenue bonds, refunding series 2013A, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase, according to a notice.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 18.

Old National Trust Co. is the trustee.
