Iasis buys back $100,000 8 3/8% notes in asset sale tender offer

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 6 – Iasis Healthcare LLC and Iasis Capital Corp. received tenders for $100,000 principal amount, or 0.012%, of their outstanding 8 3/8% senior notes due 2019 in a tender offer that began Oct. 2 and ended at 11:59 p.m. ET on Oct. 31, according to a company news release.

All of the tendered notes were accepted for purchase.

The issuers offered to repurchase up to $210 million principal amount of the notes. They were required to make the offer using the excess proceeds of some asset dispositions.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA was the depositary for the offer.

Iasis provides health-care services and is based in Franklin, Tenn.
