ConocoPhillips intends to redeem all outstanding 4.6% notes due 2015

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 3 – ConocoPhillips plans to redeem all of its outstanding 4.6% notes due 2015, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 25.

The make-whole redemption amount will be calculated by reference to Treasuries plus 40 basis points.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the paying agent.

ConocoPhillips is a Houston-based integrated energy company.
