Targa Resources to redeem $250 million 7 7/8% notes on Nov. 28

Madison, Wis., Oct. 29 – Targa Resources Partners LP and Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp. are calling their $250 million of 7 7/8% senior notes due 2018 for redemption on Nov. 28, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.938 plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Targa Resources is a Houston-based midstream energy company.
