Mylan to redeem $800 million 6% senior notes on Nov. 15 at 103

Madison, Wis., Oct. 16 – Mylan Inc. plans to redeem all of its outstanding $800 million 6% senior notes due 2018 on Nov. 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Mylan is a Pittsburgh-based pharmaceutical company.
