Unitymedia to redeem all €665 million of 9 5/8% senior notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 15 – Unitymedia KabelBW GmbH called all of its €665 million 9 5/8% senior notes due 2019, according to a company notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus the applicable premium plus accrued interest to the redemption date of Nov. 7.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and paying agent.

Unitymedia is a Koln, Germany-based cable operator.
