Israel’s Unitronics to redeem series 3 debentures at 112.5 on Oct. 30

Madison, Wis., Oct. 7 – Unitronics (1989) (R”G) Ltd. said it will redeem in full its outstanding NIS 33,865,200 of series 3 debentures on Oct. 30.

The debentures will be redeemed at NIS 1.125 per NIS 1 par amount. The total early redemption amount is NIS 38,098,802, which also includes a supplement of roughly NIS 0.067 for each NIS 1 par amount.

Interest to be paid from the last interest payment date to the early redemption date will be 0.5727%.

The redemption will be funded with proceeds from the company’s offering of series 5 debentures, as previously noted.

Unitronics makes programmable logic controllers used to automate mass production lines. The company is based in Airport City, Israel.
