Travelport redeems all senior floaters, 13 7/8% notes due 2016

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 3 – Travelport LLC and Travelport Holdings Inc. redeemed all of its senior floating-rate notes due 2016 and 13 7/8% senior fixed-rate notes due 2016, according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 2.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Travelport is an Atlanta-based provider of transaction processing services to the travel industry.
