Rite Aid to redeem all $270 million of 10¼% senior notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 2 – Rite Aid Corp. called all $270 million of its 10¼% senior notes due October 2019, according to a 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be redeemed at 105.125 plus accrued interest on Oct. 15.
The redemption will be funded with borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility.
Rite Aid is a Camp Hill, Pa.-based drugstore chain.
