AirTran to redeem all 10.41% pass-through certificates, series 1999-1A

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 30 – AirTran Airways Inc. will redeem all of its 10.41% pass-through certificates, series 1999-1A, according to a notice.
The certificates will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest and a make-whole amount of $7.1749792 per $1,000 principal amount on Oct. 1.
The redemption is the result of a special distribution of $63.6711555 per $1,000 principal amount.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
AirTran is an Orlando, Fla.-based airline.
