Viridian Group calls €31.3 million, $25 million 11 1/8% notes due 2017

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 29 – Viridian Group FundCo II Ltd. said it will redeem €31.3 million and $25 million of its 11 1/8% senior secured notes due 2017, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest up to the redemption date of Oct. 28. The total redemption price for the euro notes is €32,500,159.38 and the total price for a dollar notes is $25,958,593.75.

Following the transactions, €252,591,000 of the euro notes and $201.75 million of the dollar notes will remain outstanding.

The Bank of New York Melon is the trustee.

Viridian Group FundCo II is based in the Cayman Islands.
