Brazil’s Fibria plans to redeem all 9¼% notes due 2019 on Oct. 30

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 26 – Fibria Celulose SA subsidiary Fibria Overseas Finance Ltd. called all of its 9¼% senior notes due 2019, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.625 plus accrued interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date of Oct. 30.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the paying agent.

Fibria Celulose is a Sao Paulo, Brazil-based pulp and paper company.
