Newfield Exploration to redeem all $600 million 7 1/8% notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 26 – Newfield Exploration Co. called all $600 million of its 7 1/8% senior subordinated notes due May 15, 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.375 plus accrued interest on Oct. 28.

U.S. Bank NA is the agent.

Newfield is an oil and gas company based in the Woodlands, Texas.
