Bay Area Toll Authority, Calif., bridge bonds have mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 26 – The Bay Area Toll Authority said its $400 million of San Francisco Bay Area toll bridge revenue bonds are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.

The following will be purchased at par on Oct. 16:

• $50 million of 2007 series G-1 bonds due April 1, 2047;

• $75 million of 2007 series A-2 bonds due April 1, 2047;

• $75 million of 2007 series B-2 bonds due April 1, 2047;

• $25 million of 2007 series C-2 bonds due April 1, 2047;

• $100 million of 2007 series D-2 bonds due April 1, 2047;

• $25 million of 2008 series C-1 bonds due April 1, 2045; and

• $50 million of 2008 series E-1 bonds due April 1, 2045.
