National Bank of Canada to redeem series 16 preferreds on Nov. 15

Chicago, Sept. 26 – The National Bank of Canada said it plans to redeem all of its outstanding non-cumulative fixed-rate first preferred shares, series 16, on Nov. 15.

The notes are callable at par of $25.00 per share plus dividends on Nov. 15, according to a company press release.

National Bank of Canada is a financial services company based in Montreal.
