Hong Kong’s Powerlong calls $200 million 13¾% notes at 103.4375

Chicago, Sept. 11 – Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. said it called its $200 million of outstanding 13¾% senior notes due 2015 Thursday.
The company will redeem the notes at 103.4375% of par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date of Oct. 11, according to a company notice.
The company said it will fund the redemption with proceeds from the issue of 10¾% senior notes due 2017.
Powerlong is a real estate company based in Hong Kong.
