Chicago calls $192.77 million 2003B G.O. variable-rate demand bonds

By Tali Rackner

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 10 – The City of Chicago called $96,375,000 of 2003B-1, $48,195,000 of 2003B-2 and $48,195,00 of 2003B-3 general obligation variable-rate demand bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 24.

The tender is a result of the interest mode of the bonds being converted to the weekly mode.

Amalgamated Bank of Chicago is the trustee.
