National Mentor calls all $212 million of 12½% senior notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 4 – National Mentor Holdings, Inc. plans to redeem all $212 million of its 12½% senior notes due 2018, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 106.25 plus accrued interest on Oct. 6.

National Mentor Holdings is a Boston-based human resource services and support provider.
