Sinclair Television calls all $237.5 million of 8 3/8% notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 4 – Sinclair Television Group Inc. will redeem all $237.5 million of its 8 3/8% senior notes due 2018, according to a press release from parent company Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.188 plus accrued interest on Oct. 15.

Sinclair is a Hunt Valley, Md.-based television broadcasting company.
