Michigan Municipal defeases $210 million drinking, clean water bonds

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 2 – The Michigan Municipal Bond Authority plans to partially redeem its series 2004 drinking water revolving fund revenue bonds and series 2004 clean water revolving fund revenue bonds, according to two notices.

The authority will redeem $39.41 million of drinking water bonds due Oct. 1, 2015 through 2026 and $170,575,000 of clean water bonds due Oct. 1, 2015 through 2026.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
