Princeton City School, Ohio, defeases $105.24 million of 2010C G.O.s

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 13 – The Princeton City School District of the counties of Hamilton, Butler and Warren, Ohio, defeased $105.24 million of its series 2010C federally taxable Build America school improvement general obligation bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 15:

• $340,000 of 4.01% bonds due Dec. 1, 2020;

• $2,635,000 of 4.21% bonds due Dec. 1, 2021;

• $2.65 million of 4.41% bonds due Dec. 1, 2022;

• $2,675,000 of 4.66% bonds due Dec. 1, 2023;

• $1.21 million of 4.86% bonds due Dec. 1, 2023;

• $10,345,000 of 5.49% term bonds due Dec. 1, 2030;

• $20,175,00 of 5.79% term bonds due Dec. 1, 2035;

• $23,485,000 of 6.09% term bonds due Dec. 1, 2040; and

• $41,725,000 of 6.39% term bonds due Dec. 1, 2047.
