East Bay Municipal, Calif., calls $91.81 million wastewater bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 30 – The East Bay Municipal Utility District of California called its series 2008C and 2011A wastewater system revenue refunding bonds, according to two notices.

The authority will redeem $49.1 million of 2008C bonds due June 1, 2027 in full and $42.71 million of 2011A bonds due June 1, 2038.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 2.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
