Metropolitan Water, Calif., to redeem 2004 A-1, A-2 & 2008 A-2 bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 29 – The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is exercising its option to redeem its 2004 series A-1, 2004 series A-2 and 2008 series A-2 water revenue refunding bonds, according to two notices.

The following 2004 series A-1 bonds will be redeemed in full:

• $12,735,000 of bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $13,195,000 of bonds due July 1, 2022; and

• $13.66 million of bonds due July 1, 2023.

The following 2004 series A-2 bonds will be redeemed in full:

• $12.74 million of bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $13.19 million of bonds due July 1, 2022; and

• $13,665,000 of bonds due July 1, 2023.

The following 2008 series A-2 bonds will be partially redeemed:

• $2.04 million of bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $6,665,000 of bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $6,895,000 of bonds due July 1, 2023;

• $7,145,000 of bonds due July 1, 2024; and

• $60,775,000 of bonds due July 1, 2037.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 29.
