Emeryville Public Financing, Calif., calls 1998B & 2004A revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 29 – The Emeryville Public Financing Authority, Calif., plans to redeem its 1998 series B and taxable 2004 series A revenue bonds issued for the Emeryville Redevelopment, Shellmound Park Redevelopment and Housing Projects, according to two notices.

The agency will redeem $35.53 million of 1998B bonds on Aug. 25 and $58,615,000 of 2004A bonds on Sept. 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
