DTE Electric to redeem all $200 million of its 4.8% notes due 2015

Norfolk, Va., July 22 – DTE Electric Co. plans to redeem all $200 million of its 4.8% series AR senior notes due Feb. 15, 2015 on Wednesday, according to a redemption notice.

The make-whole redemption price will be calculated using Treasuries plus 15 bps.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee or agent.

DTE Electric, formerly Detroit Edison Co., is an electric subsidiary of DTE Energy based in Detroit.
