Community First calls $6 million floaters, $186,000 common securities

Norfolk, Va., July 17 – Community First Statutory Trust I called all $6 million of its floating-rate capital securities and $186,000 of common securities with liquidation values of $1,000 per security, according to two notices.

The securities will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 22.

U.S. Bank NA is the institutional trustee.
