Rhode Island Health calls $48.71 million 2004D School of Design bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 16 – The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corp. called all $48.71 million of its series 2004D bonds issued for the Rhode Island School of Design, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due Aug. 15, 2015 through 2024, 2028 to 2029, 2031 and 2035, will be redeemed at par on Aug. 15.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
