Intermountain Power, Utah, redeems 2009A, defeases 2009B revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 15 – The Intermountain Power Agency of Utah redeemed its 2009 series A and defeased its 2009 series B subordinated power supply revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The agency redeemed $57,035,000 of 2009A bonds due July 1, 2016 through 2018 at par plus accrued interest on July 1.

On Jan. 1, 2015, it will redeem $35,355,000 of 2009B bonds due July 1, 2016 through 2019 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the escrow agent.
