Express Scripts redeems $1.25 billion 3.5% senior notes at 105.7188

Madison, Wis., July 10 – Express Scripts Holding Co. gave notice that it redeemed its $1.25 billion of 3.5% senior notes due 2016 in full on July 8.

The notes were redeemed at 105.7188 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA was the agent.

The redemption was funded with proceeds from an offering of new notes, as previously announced.

The pharmaceutical benefits management company is based in St. Louis.
